Headlight refurbishment

If your headlights have turned cloudy or yellow in colour, they could mean your car will fail its' next MOT, as well as obviously reducing your night driving vision. We can restore your headlights, without the need to replace them, saving you time, money and unnecessary land fill.

The Process

Over a period of time, effects from the sun's UV rays, weather, and road debris can degrade the look and function of your headlight lenses. This is the factory applied UV coating breaking down, which will require completely stripping. Once this coating is removed, we work on restoring the finish with sanding through reducing grades of sandpaper, before polishing them to full clarity. We then apply a protective sealant to keep them looking their best.

Our process is one of many offered by various other businesses offering headlight restoration, including respraying them with lacquer or applying a paint protection film. We have performed this process for over 10 years and know our method lasts. Prices for this service will vary greatly from place to place, but unfortunately, so will results.

And no, unfortunately toothpaste will not restore your headlights as we have been told before, however, they will smell nice!
